Saloni Patel, MMASc, HBSc | Founder of Talent2Impact Inc.
Saloni is an emerging health researcher currently providing support for Ontario-based research teams and startups. Following her Master’s from Western University and Clinical Research Certificate from Sheridan College, she is gaining hands-on experience in clinical data operations through roles at SickKids and St. Michael’s Hospital.
As the founder of Talent2Impact, Saloni offers fractional research supports, including evidence mapping, systematic literature searches, and competitive scans, to help healthcare research teams and health innovation startups establish a research-backed foundation for their initiatives.
